Calls and messages from unknown nos

I m an airtel pre-paid user and i have been getting messages from noz starting from 54321.. eg 5432166573790. this 13 digit no keeps on changing with every new msg... i have been receiving msgs since 1 month. on the other hand there are many other nos from which m getting calls for friendship if you want i can type all those nos here. the very embarsing thing which i encountered is a man named manoj calling from airtel office and bothering me. i investigated the matter further and got to know that he works as an technician in airtel office here in bhopal . the no from which he called is 07554285087. now m very much worried because i dont have any option in my handset to screen the calls. i need your quick help. plz take some action against this ridiculous act.
