Myself dr vivek shifted to goa medical college goa 6 months back.i, ve a prepaid lifetime sim of airtel bhopal.

on 11/02/09 at 9 pm i got my this no recharged with 100 rs from one retailer in goa.

i was supposed to get a talktime balance of 87 rs but i got only 1 rs.i, ve contacted customer careof maharashtra-goa region, they r helpless 2 solve the issue & gave me 1 customer care no of bhopal i.e.9893098930 which is not working at all.

sir pls somebody help n guide what 2 do n to whom to contact n how???
