Gprs not working!

I am customer of bihar airtel. My Nearest tower is Faizulahpur, Po - Rajapatti, Ps - Baikunthpur, Dist - Gopalganj. I have been suffering from tower problem. It fluctuates all time. Call disconnected automatically a few times & also Tower failure in every weeks. Plz Suggest me what can I do?
