GPRS not working

I am customer of bihar airtel. Iam complaining to you that GPRS not working from your "NAWKOTHI B.T.S" in BEGUSARAI (bihar) since two days. I am paying monthly charges for the above service RS.498. I have not used

the GPRS service due to machinery failure. Before this problem GPRS working but as slow as like go on foot. I have

used EDGE GPRS Modem.when working GPRS AFTER ONE MINUTE later disconnect.

please take necessary action and provide me gprs network soon.
