I had requested for the de-activation & discontinuation of my post paid no 9831094004 about a month back and had requested for the adjustment of my current bill amount from my secuirity deposit. However, I was immensely surprised to receive my biil and understood that no action had been taken in this regard and arter talking to the customer care executive, I was horrified to learn that my connection has not been deactivated, only the outgoing has been stopped.
We have five Airtel post paid connections in the house-if this is the sorry state of the customer support, then I don't know what to comment on this issue.
Kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest, as this is not only a waste of time but also a waste of my hard earned money.
