I was given this connection thru an agent and he kept me in dark abt the hidden costs and misinformed me about many details such as he forgot to mention service tax and deliberately kept me in dark abt the added facility of getting discount on my postpaid connection of airtel mobiles.

i was promised that i will be able to check my unbilled amount on net for which i will be provided with a password byt even after many calls i was not given that.many other discrepencies too followed so i want to opt out of this headache.my airtel landline no. is 43098180which was providedalong with the connection.
