Permanent Disconnection of Broadband & Landlline

Well I was using Airtel's Broadband connection. In August I decided to get it disconnected as I wasn't using it much, so I got it disconnected. Airtel technicals came down to my home and disconnected it. It seems so smooth till now.. doesn't it!? but there is more...
After disconnection I didn't receive any bill from Airtel for couple of months, but after that out of blue these guys started sending me bills, without me using any of their services.? I registered complaints to their head office in Chandigarh over, but nothing happened. Moreover, I got 100s of calls from some random Airtel representatives, forcing & trying to convince me to carry on relationship with Airtel Services. It carried on till Feb. I would register a complaint that I was receiving bills with no connection installed; these guys would keep on assuring me that they had forwarded my request and necessary actions will soon be taken.
Then in March again, I received a call from Airtel guy telling me that I have a pending bill to deal with. At that time I had my Fiancé interested in installing Airtel broadband at her place, so I asked this guy to move my connection to her house. This guy checked and assured me that area where my Fiancé was living at was wired and he'll be able to move my connection to new location as soon as possible (or I should say as soon as I pay my previous pending bill, which I wasn't using). He tricked me in paying him 500 some how. Later on I received a call from Airtel Technicals verifying if I wanted to transfer my phone to new location? As soon as I said "yes" I was told the new location is NOT WIRED!!! AARGGHH!!
Couple of days later I get a COURT NOTICE from Airtel, that if I don't pay the bill i would have to face the Consequences..!! WWOOOOO!!! So I went to Airtel's Office personally and descried whole scenario to one of Representatives 'Gagan Kaur Baweja'. Now she tells me it’s their fault and she'll try to waive all my dues off and will inform me about that. NOTHING HAPPENED! About a week later I went there AGAIN! she tells me that she forgot to inform me, my due bill can't be waived off, but my connection is permanently terminated. So I won't receiving any bill now what so ever. That over-smart girl had PUT A RED FLAG ON MY ACCOUNT instead of using the regular process.
I waste enough of my time with these People. I Advise you all to get some sort of proof, If you were in same situation. And keep Track of the referace number u get whenever you call their call-centers about some serious issues.
Moral :
Airtel = Lazy / Lame / Irresponsible / And a Bunch of BIG LIARS. These people just want to make money. LOSERS
