Disconnection of internet &telephone for one month

Sir,

i have airtel internet connection with account no 12251885 &telephone no 01143542090, invoice no 460771510 .i want to disconnect it for one month i.e 1.june .08 to 1.july.08 as i am out of station, kindly disconnect the services for one month and send the acknowledgement through mail so that i can a sure of receiving

my request.
