21st Oct I have made a online transaction for payment, by mistake i have made a payment of 1, 20, 000 INR instead of 1, 200 INR thats it. Since then i am harass by the Airtel, i don't know how long they are going to take for refund. Daily i am calling them enquiring about the status by there is no update when they are going to refund and to reach them each time it will take 15-20mins. I would like sue this company and owner Mittal. On 25th Oct i have lost my father and i don't have enough money on savings account and had tough time. can anybody suggest me how to recover money from them and file a case against them.
