Diverting the customers

I have avail an airtel conection couple of months back and i am staying in coimbatore in the bill they have provided the payment collection spots but when we just go there they are not collecting the cash and diverting to other place.i just contacted the customer care and informed but again this month they have spotted the same place as cash collection spot, ie the only cash collecting spot in coimbatore.the spot is in racecourse
