Continuous internet disconnection

I have been facing the continuous internet disconnection problem past 3 weeks. i complianted so many times. 3 or 4 times their service engineer has come but problem hasn't resolved yet. for every two days, their call center people are calling and asking whether problem has solved or not? continuously i am giving the same answer that the problem hasn't sorted out.

so, i am requesting airtel people that please let me know whether u people can solve the problem or not. if u are unable to sort out then i will go for some other new connection.
