Hello All,
I had requested for a Airtel 555 Broadband plan. This was provided at my residence on 29th Dec. I have very limited use of broadband .. Inspite of limited use I have been billed Rs 3746 as unbilled usuage charges. On complaining to the customer service desk @ Airtel I did not find a sympathetic listening from the supervisor. She put the onus squarely on me to prove the fraud and misuse. In frustation merely 2 weeks after subscribing to Airtel Service I have requested discontinuation and will be filing a case againt the company in court
