Imposing me extra tex and charges

I m a custome of airtel broadband and landline phone.i have choosen a plan of Rs 599 per month and Airtel generates my first bil that is of 1267.96. whe i went to the Airtel office i found there is no one to help. the are imposing me 12 % tax but now service tax is 10%.plz hep me. my airtel account no is 14537445
