Airtel Broadband Connectivity

Dear Sir/Madam

Inspite of countless requests and escalation of complaints at various senior levels DURING LAST 2 YEARS, Airtel has not provided its Broadband connectivity to our building complex situated at Supertech Rameshwar Orchids, H-1, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad10 (UP). They have always tried to make an excuse that the builder is not allowing this connectivity. We have now resolved this problem and the builder has confirmed before the police that it has no objection of any nature to Airtel boradband connectivity to the building. Inspite of this clarification, Airtel has failed to act.

Can someone responsible now contact me and commence the installation of connections?
