Airtel Broadband
Denied to give connection after making all commitments

I have applied for airtel broadband connection on 23rd april 09, and provided all required documents to them but have not got the connection yet. My rec no is 626925 and SEF no is 1651619. On contacted to the person who approached me, Saroj kumar thakur (id 47062) he replied, that he is not in delhi so he cannot do much. Now i am feeling helpless as i dont know whom to contact as they on contacted never gives the correct reply. Plz suggest me something so that i can get the broadband connection as soon as possible.
