Wrong offers provided by call centre

My Name is jacob & stay in Kochi. i have a airtel broadband connection at my home. Recently i received a call from airtel call centre . they mentioned all new schemes and top up available for my existing connection. Hearing the offer i had opted they for a Rs 99 top up which permits the user for unlimited downlaod between 11pm & 8 Am. Based on the discussion & confirmation i started using the net accordingly. When the bill came i was surprised as all downloads were charged between 11 pm & 8am. Seeing the same i complained to call centre. They reverted back saying that such an offer is not applicanle & they are not able to trace any calls from their call centre in which we had such a discussion. I was shocked..Feeling Betrayed i started complaining through differnt channel for my refund. SOon i was able to find that the offer was for karnataka cycle & not for kerala. This is a clear mistake from airtel where their call centre executives call u an offers u a scheme without crossing section which circle its applicable. Airtel is not accepting their mistake till date..
