Regarding Excess Bill

I m Saurabh sen my telephone no.07554038208 and A/C no. 27030539. I have two complaints:

1. I didn't applied for DSL usage facility then why it's monthly charges 60/- add in my every bill?

2. Bill not comes in time at my home.
