Airtel forces me to write this complaint. i had airtel broadband connection last year. due to wrong information given by airtel customer care executive, my connecton was not disconnected even i mailed thr request to airtel head office in chandigarh. then i started recieving calls on calls to pay the bill. when i recognised the problem, i went to airtel head office, submit my complaint and again request for disconnection. but nothing happened. then they started calling my landlord to pay the bill. again i went to chandigarh, pay the said last bill of rs 615 and collected the letter on company's letter head. but still at presesnt i am recieving calls from airtel and today i recieved call from delhi court. this is really poor and am shocked that so called big co. has such a poor communication channel.
