Fraud executive in airtel broadband service

I have booked airtel broaband connection on 26-5-09 and paid the executive 850 rs .on the 27-5-09 another call came to me rom airtel saying tht if i book two connection then only they will give me connection and their executive came to my home and taken 500 rs . on 2-6-09 i get a call saying tht my area is negative and connection is not possible over here and when i ask for money they told me tht we have buyed a bike and are not having any money and other execuvite told me that he had spend all his money in the airtel party, i have called their executive more than 45 times each but they all are just giving me excuses when a called customr care they too were also not help ful and simply disconnect my call.today is 29-6-09 and till now i have not recieved my money and when i called their executives they started using foul language and life threatining calls started to came from them .i am very upset and i need a help from consumer court.
