I paid the April bill for my landline on 13th May.

But I don't know for what reason it was not updated on the system.

Next bill was generated and it got overdue to me. I immediately paid the May bill too just to ensure my line works properly uninterrupted.

Still it was barred and after making a complain it was unbarred for 3 days.

After that I even faxed my transaction details for the April payment and my bank statements too. I was informed everything is fine and my payment is updated.

But again my line was totally disconnected (not barred) but totally disconnected for 20-25 days. I really do not know why. I complained through other airtel landlines on 121 as well on 44444121 but my complain was not taken in as your system was showing my line is working properly.

Finally on 25th June I had to be rude to your customer care person and then after 3-4 calls from the engineer assigned to sector 47 gurgaon brought it back to working condition.

Then I called up customer care again to say that my rental should be waived for those 20-25 days, but I got a response that it was not airtel's fault as the system shows that my phone was working.

Please tell me if it was working then how come your engineer came and repaired it from the tower the line comes?

If you want to disconnect the number do so as I will not pay for those 20-25 days rental.
