Lack of proper service

I am a customer of this product for long time in Kolkata Region, but several time I face the problem of sudden disconnection. I am not sure whether I could be able to perform my job in Internet or not as there is no surety of its presence.

I have complaint about it in the nearby helpline number but there is no permanent solution. They are just taking the money and not providing proper service.

So finally am submitting the complaint in order to get some suitable assistance from you.
