Fake commitment and irresponsiable behaviou

I had taken a new Internet connection with wi-fi modem on 14Th of this month paid the amount of Rs 1500 via cheque of Allahabad Bank Arera Colony Branch Cheque Number 221905 in favour of "M/s Bharti Airtel" on account of which it was acknowledged through a receipt whose no is 2137 and Sef No. 2318821 on the day the first commitment was made that number of your choice will be given after confirmation but this was not done and straight away the phone was installed on 14th of august when queried and complained reply was that you will be charged additional Rs 500 for this do you wish to take the desired no on payment of Rs. 500/- complaint reference no is 23180436 on 15th of August at 13:45 "First incidence where the commitment made by AIRTEL where not fulfilled." to add to the agony of mine the person who came to my place for installation had installed normal model (220 BX ADSL2 Modem) saying that details with us is for installation of normal modem again commitment proved to be wrong on part of "AIRTEL" the complaint for logged in this respect to customer care whose reference number is 23183872 on 15th of august at 17:35 and was assured that wi-fi modem will be installed by Monday evening 17:30 Hrs to be precised, again commitment was not fulfilled again on Monday evening around 18:00 Hrs a fresh commitment was made by these people of M/s S.S.Solutions along with Ms. Shabnam looking over Sales of Airtel that definitely Wi-Fi will be installed by Tuesday 16:00 Hrs again commitment proved to be wrong now the people to whom my connection was booked are not picking up my calls and I am highly disappointed by this behaviour of Company's executives.
