Case of fraud

I got a no from internet regarding New Airtel Broadband connection. I called that no and the next day a person called Aleem came. He took Rs 1000 from me and refused to give the bill and told that he will get back to us within 1 day. There was no response from him so i called him. The person told that the connection takes 1 week. After that he started telling that there is some technical problem and he said he will refund the amount in 1 week. Now its more than 25 days and there is no response from him or his. Even after repeatedly calling the office these people are not responding properly.
