My connection is still active in spite of my repeated requests to disconnect it. I requested to disconnect the service on Aug 17th once I was told that there is no possibility to transfer my connection to another place, when I was shifting house. I shifted from Sher-e-punjab (Andheri East) to Bhawani Nagar (Andheri East), Mumbai.

8 Aug - Request for transfer.

11 Aug - Reply from the customer care that the issue will be looked into.

(Called up the customer care quite a no of times in between to hasten the process, but nothing worked)

17 Aug - Reply from movers.west@airtel.in that shifting will not be possible

Post this I requested for closure of connection.

I received no information on when the connection was closed. I tried reaching the customer care to find out for which the replies were it will be disconnected.

Now I am receiving bills for this period. Customer care is highly unresponsive.
