Poor service, no transperancy, misinformed

Hi my name is harish jangid and my airtel broadband number is 022 40143606. i took airtel broadband services as some of sales executive came at my doorstep with promotion.
in the month of may last week my brother got deased because of which i went to native place to perform last rights, when i came back after 1 month, i found my airtel broadband services was blocked, when i called customer service i was informed tht there is an o/s amnt of 1500 because of which my account is blocked, i told the reason why the paymnet was not made on account and i requested the agent to send someone for pymnt, very next day on 27th june someone from airtel came to my place to collect money, which i paid by cash and was informed my services will get resumed within 24 hours.
i waited for more thn 48 hours but it was blocked, i called customer service infmed abt payment made n was told will be able to connect within 4 hours
again aft a 24 hours i called and was informed that there isa outage because of which i am not able to connect to internet and so on i was calling every day for almost 10 days, every time i got the diffrent answer, finaaly one day i asked to speak to the manager, after being on hold for almost 15 minutes, i spoke to a supervisor name dhanshree, i explained the issuse and to my surprise i was told that my airtel internet is terminated because of bed debt, i informed that i already made a payment and gave the cash reciept number, dhanshree informed me that will make a complaint stating the same and said i will get a call from the concern department within 24 hours, i waited for 3 days, i finally got a call from retention department, after i informed abt the issuse i was told that they will right off the o/s amount which was never outstanding and said will ssend a executive at my address to collect my id proof n address proof to again connect my line which never happen...
after couple of weeks i started getting calls from colletion department of airtel asking me to pay o/s amnt as well as peolple coming at my home for paymnet using profanity on calls
