No connection made after 8 days of payment

Hi i am Tushar Sen from Noida. In dussehra i went to my home Lucknow where i think to take broadband connection so i contact to your airtel person name Aashish he took 1000 bugs from me and told me that the connection will be made within 3 days but till now no connection is made when ever i call him he made false excuses. Many times he just switch off his cell. So kindly make strict action against him i option for airtel because you provide best facilites. But because of this incident i am loosing fate from airtel please take strict action. As soon as possible.
