I have been using airtel services from last 12 years and was really satisfied with the quality services airtel had, untill recently where i have been chasing airtel customer care dept from last 10 weeks to de-activate my braodband connection.
Somewhere in Mar-Apr 08, i installed an Airtel Broadband Connection. The details of the same are given as below:

In August i was transferred to Ahmedabad so requested your customer care-executive to discontinue my Broadband line. I was promised that my job will be done within a week but till date the problem has not been resolved. I kept on getting calls from ur customer care executives insisting not to discontinue the service or to take alternative plan & inspite of my refusal one of your lady caller activated new plan. Everytime i talk to ur executve a new Complaint no was offered to me with same promise to de-activate the service within a week. My landlord back in mohali has been getting montly bills from airtel and because of this he has impounded my veichle. Since i have changed my base i.e from Mohali to Ahmedabad required you to take necessary action against the defaulters and to de-activate my broadband service at earliest.
My 1st complaint with airtel was on 24th sep bearing comp no- 24719898
My 2nd Complaint no was - 25602596
Telephonic Complaint No: 102180195
i had also given a written application/E-mail to airtel -Mohali.
Kindly resolve this issue at the Earliest
