Fraud billing

I am the customer of airtell call home.

My Parents live in Noida and use the Internet connection at home.

Airtel has billed them wrongly and sent a bill of Rs 3= (two bills of approx 15000/= 17000/=) for not using any data connection

My parents are senior citizen living in the Flat and Airtel is sending the people at home and harassing them to pay the money, while they never used

the Internet Please take care of this issue ASAP else I will have to move to the consumer court and also contact the media for the propagation of the

wrong bills by airtel

I already have more peoples who have received such wrong bills.
