sir we made a complaint to disconnect our broadband service in september but stillyou didn't take any actions about our complaint and sent bill of amount Rs.2033/.yesterday i.e on 19/11 and asking for bill payment but we madecomplaint before 2months itself.we can't afford to pay the bill because we didn't use any services from the date we made complaint.so please take immediate action to disconnect our broadband service
