Frequent internet disconnection

Ihave broad band connection 0771-4001944 for the past 2 years 8 months. Oflate i am regularly using internet. The common recurring problem is frequent disconnections. I am ashamed of subscribing to such a poor service provider. Kindly redress the problem at the earliest.
