Excess bill amount

Dear Sir,

i got my net connection on 6th month. they promised only 500as registration fee and gave me the receipt .now they are not reversing the amount.they are telling something its not acceptable

the concern person Mr.karthik (9940112646) has promised that mistake is his side so he will give the refund but he is not attending the call now... this like cheating... dont cheat the people i need best result
