Connection not yet given

Dear Service Provider,

It is very Strange and sad to see the status of a connection not being provided.

I had deposited Rs 200 as a deposit fees to Mr Neeraj Sharma, in Raipur for installing a broadband connection of Rs 499/ rental per month. I was promised that it will be done in 2 days, now it has been more than 4 days and I am yet to get the connection.

This is a matter of Raipur and following is my address.

This is a very POOR SHOW FROM AIRTEL.

Kindly look into the matter that your guys should not promise MOON to customers and then shy away from even picking up the phone.
