Efund chequeof pre cacellation

Sir,

i applied to get the broadband connection, but the DP have not found near my house that is why the broadband is not connected. Then the refund cheque is not give to me till now yet the connection is of the date 11 june when i call them then the reply is very shamefull, many times they did'nt picked up my phone. sir after a long period i decide to complaint. Plz help me.
