Airtel Broadband connection
Plane not change after so many request

Sir,

I am puja and i had taken airtel broadband connection on 8/8/08. After 15 days i changed my plan to 799 than again after one month at 27 sept. i gave request to change my plan to 649. But after so many requests, till this date it has not been changed. moreover my last 2 bill came according to 799 plan. i would also like to add that being such a big and reputed company whom i trusted, i am not happy with the service as the service provided by the Kamla Nagar airtel outlet is not up to the mark i have been calling them from last 15-20 days but my request is not fulfilled till this date. so, at last i can only request you to please remove this connection as early as possible.
