I had bought airtel connection a few months ago. From the beginning i have been facing billing problems with this company. Last month i received a bill showing an additional parallel ringing charges. Even though I have called them and discontinued this service still they charged this amount. Last month I also changed my plan from Rs.799/- to Rs.500 then also I received again a bill with Rs.880
