Airtel Broadband connection
Not refunding the money on time

I have applied for the airtel broadband connection through airtel's marketing boy.. He took documents from me and said that this are sufficent for address proof and taken - Rs. in advance of the scheme i selected...

Then they said that as per the company policy these documents are not sufficent and you need more documents.. On this i said that "i don't wont the connection and give my money back"... Then they said that " We are keen giving you the connection for this you have to do little more effort"

The effort was to change my address and make a fake address on the stamp paper and submit to them...

But i was on my word saing that i wont my money back...

Then they told me " ok then we have put your form in cancellation list and u will get money within 45 days through check"...

After 35 days mean on today when i called them then they said that we havent put your form in cancellation... so now we are putting it and you will get check within 30 days... they are giving me days after days... What to do please help!!!
