Cheating in service

Hi, am venkat from hyderabad

I took an airtel broadband connection in begumpet branch of hyderabad. my connection no is 9959226532 when am taking i asked the speed of your network, they told that we are providing network speed of 238 kbps. but now am getting a worse service from them. they are not even proving 10 kbps speed also...

when i use to open any website thru the airtel broadband it will take minimum of 15 minutes... to open the page...

i spoke to the customer care of airtel broad band services for 10 times every time they registering my complaint giving ID no for my complaint thats also... they are not even responding to the complaints..

worse service provider... don't trust their words... be care full while your taking a broad band connection
