After receiving money no reply for netconnection. company is ignoring us to give the service

Airtel is behaving like a slow and dull even in clear word its cheating.

the sales officer of airtel came to our office and received the amount against the internet service with the receiving of customer enrollment form no. l 85821 . dated 05/07. Till now we are waiting for the connection and they are simply ignoring us.

What should we say it, is this a way of working in private ltd.or its a cheating with customers. this is the story of lucknow based bharti airtel services limited.
