Very poor customer service and responsiveness

Sir/Madam,

I am Shiva Jain (91-9926435188) resident of A-41, Padmanabh Nagar Bhopal want to complaint for Airtel broadband customer service. The people are really very careless and I dont know how this company is getting business. I spoke to sales executive Akhil (91-9893055840) and filled-up all the required forms and gave him Rs.400/- as initial charges, he further promised me to make the connection up within 3-4 days however no progress. I tried calling the customer care number 0755-4021770 with my form number 2204047 but they dont give any useful info. Whenever I wanted to talk to their seniors or managers to escalate the issue they dont forward the cal. I did speak to Shabnam at 0755-4200376 and Vijay at 0755-4200351 but they only commit the date to resolve the issue however the issue never resolved. Today 03/11/08 was the 4th time commited date when the issue was to get resolved but again no answer... I am fade up now and due to these irresponsible people, the name of the company is getting into soil.

Please help and get the issue resolved.
