Airtel Broadband Internet Connection
Unexpected Bill of Month May (18April 09 to 17 May 09)

This Month (May 09) I got very much unexpexted bill of my airtel phone 0120-4114796 of Rs. 5000 and above while i am very much calculated user as per my pocket size. i am recieving bills of average Rs. 600 to 700 from last two and half years but this time it is unexpected.

My usage is not as much as it is reflected in current bill . i oppose it strictly. There is some big technical or other mistake that must be correct quickly so i can pay my bill on time as i am doing from the day one of my connection.

My another grievance is that why has airtel not fixed any upper limit and how can they send any amount of bill to anyone while that person is not used actually.

This is mental harrasement for us after observing such kind of bill.
