Blocking STD calls

Sir,

From Ph# 011-43011983 at least I must have called over ten times to the customer care to assist me in gettng the STD calls blocked. I had followed the instructions given by them each time, however, it did not work. Finally on 30th Dec.&-#039;07 one of the customer care executive informed me that by 31st Dec.2007 all the outgoing calls will be blocked and the complaint number he gave me was 2955750. The next day the situation was again the same. I have calledthe customer around four times, every time they gave the same suggestions but it is of no help. Even today the condition is the same.
