My residence is located in above address. I am a software professional. So I planned to get our airtel broadband
Service in month of may. May month is the first attempt for getting this service. But first attempt failured and your
Employees not say any reason for inability of providing service, and returned 500-Rs CHEQUE.And then another representative
Of your company employee approach to me for the purpose of Airtel BroadBand Service. I clearly give information to your
Employees for existing incident of getting service. But your company employee says surely arrange the broadband service,
Also I am full responsible for give the service to you. Then I believed your employee confident and apply to broadband service
In second time month of july. But second attempt also failured and returned 500-Rs CHEQUE to me. And then your
Broadband service centre office employee recently call my mobile number. They are contact with the purpose of providing
Broadband connection. It is the third time approach for your side. They are also says so many confident words for arranging the
Broadband service. So i believe the your center office employee statement. Then I apply third time for getting the service in the
Month of November (25.11.2008). It is the third attempt, After address verification your service providing department
Arranged the wiring for broadband connection. Today telephone activity person come to my home. That person check the all
Nodes of availability in my area service. He give the information for inability of providing service. I am shocked about inability
Of service.my mind totally pressured this time of failure. Your organization big, Everyone connected technological network.
So your Madurai centre office know about my area feasibility of providing connection. But they are cheating three time for
Connection purpose. So I spend the more time.more Xerox copies of proof, more money, more physical strain also. I am now
Feel mental pressure for your organization activities. So I kindly request to you, I need broadband connection immediately.
You give immediate response I am satisfied, Else I take legal action about your organization.
