Dear Mr. RajKishor Prusty,
I had applied for Airtel broadband connection on 12th June from Connaught Place ARC, & fulfilled all the documentation.
Following are the details:
c.e.f no.1541322
money receipt no.702260
Complain no.:21009446 (Complain lodged on 17.06.09) complained due to non-confirmation of connection.
On 20th June 09, I got a call from customer care that Airtel is unable to provide the broadband connection & the money will be refunded after 45days.
Is Airtel lead by you is really unable to provide the connection or are these the marketing strategies applied to harass the customers merely to complete the business targets.
I will be highly obliged if u can take this matter into consideration & revert on the same asap.

(121 from your Airtel fixedline or 44444121 from other numbers) or write
to us at "care.ncr@airtel.in" before contacting at Nodal Desk.
If you are not satisfied with the response of the Nodal officer, you may
escalate your concern to the Appellate officer with the details of
interaction with Nodal and Call Center officers in the attached Appeal
form. You can contact the Appellate officer at "appellate.ncr@airtel.in"
