Wrong bills generate

Hello
i had given the request to customer care of Airtel Broadband to disconnect the connection in july, they had confirmed that there is no due but now thay are generating bill on the monthly basis and sending the same at home. when i ask them why they are donig that so now they are saying that nothing can happen you had to pay the amount of Rs. - without any usage and they disconnect the connection on 16th of oct.
therefore i would like to request to please do the needful on the urgent basis.
