Oad band connection denied

Eally frustated of air tel services, i belive BSNL is doing better services than airtel. i have been waiting for morethan one month for a broad band connection. still i have nt got it. they canclled my enrollment with out my notice and when i asked after 20days they are telling your registration is cancelled with out my approval. and again they are rebooking the same, after that also they didnt took interst in the connection. its really making me wonder if a private company is acting like this in this exsiting competion market. i dont where airtel will be in future?

kindly take serious action to stream line the procedures in future to avoid such a worst caompalint from the customers.
