No outgoing & Incoming calls after 7.30 pm to 9.30 pm

My number is 98451 94703

iam using Airtel number fro past 3 year's but now a days like last 2 months after 7.30 pm if any one calls me its coming like "THE NUMBER U HAVE CALLED ITS OUTER COVERAGE OR NOT REACHABLE", if i call any one it coming like " ERRORE IN CONECTION OR NETWORK BUSY" i given complent to customer care and after that 2 days my number is correct but again same problame is repeted. what i do for that?
