No coverage in deccan area

This is with regards to starting of mobile services of 9890453090.The service is stopped due to non -payment of bill. The bill has not been paid due to no-coverage in Deccan area on BMCC Rd. This complaint of no coverage has been given many times to the customer care for the past 2 years but till date there is no action taken on this front. There have been many issues which are not addressed till date.

Issue no.1: No coverage In Deccan Area which is amongst the prime areas in Pune. A complaint for this has been logged many times.

Issue no. 2:A couple of bills have been paid through Mchek for which there is a discount of Rs.100 per bill. But till date no discount has been given.

Issue no.3:The call gets dropped automatically even if there is full coverage.

These issues have been told to the customer care but till date no action has been taken.
