Airtel- thiefs!!!

Airtel is one of these corporations that STEAL money from unsuspecting customers.

I am a very prolific writer but can not find any other word in English to describe the despicable business procedures of Airtel and they the way the treat their unsuspecting customers - or to be precise- Victims.

I am a tourist in India and payed for a sim card, minutes and 6 months validation while in Dharamsala with the promise that the phone will work all over India and that i can add minutes etyc in every state in India.

LIE!..

the phone stopped working as soon as i travel to another state and no one at any major city at any Airtel office wanted to help.

When i finally got to Delhi to Airtel main office, they "explain" to me that my phone was "disconnected" fro some technicality - that my minutes where "confiscated" because they can and that is i have any complains i have to physically go back to Dharamsala to file the complaint... so much for a company tat advertise itself all over India and clearly promise service in every state.

They are THIEVES!!!
