Hi,

This is Srilatha working as S.E in Mumbai and my number is 9867631708

One year back I took Airtel connection.

6 months back I converted in to postpaid 499 plan.

Recently I converted in to 199 plan where if we pay Rs.35 STD will be Rs.1

I requested to activate both of them.the guy who did this did not activate Rs.35 This is done by kishore. I dont not know this, in one day my bill came 200 so I called

To customer care and asked for this he told this offer is not there for me and he told if u want u can cancel the number.

After one week I called again.he told that I have that offer and he will active that.this is done that Pradeep agarval. Still this is not done.

Again I called I talked with Raj.

He also did not do this……

Today morning I called..and now I got some request id.

What is this. R u palying with customers.

I am working in corporate and I cannot change my number frequently…

The service is also worst in seepz..we will not get the signal in most of the places….

Do some thing for this……..

If u want check the records, how many times I called to customer care.
