I had placed a complaint regarding my payment of Rs.733 for the month of August not being recieved by Airtel. I had made this payemnt though HSBC online bill payment facitity on 25 August. On contacting customer care they had asked me submit the credit card statement (which is proof of my payment to Airtel) which i had done by submitting a hard copy of my credit card statement to Airtel Office in Cunningham Road, Bangalore and also sent it to 121@airtelindia.com twice. Every the resolution date for the complaint would get over the customer care used to log a new complaint and till now the compliant has been logged 6 times and still it has not been resolved for over two months. The 6th complaint was taken on 7th of November and complaint number is 19169403. On top of it both my incoming and outgoing calls have been barred from today morning i.e. 8th November and this happened for 4th time till now for no mistake of mine. I am writing this mail with my calls barred i cant even call customer care. This has been a mental as well as physical torture for me calling the Airtel Customer Care almost dailly for past two months with no solution to my problem.
